Through search tools, expertise and in-house collections, the Center for Norbertine Studies (CNS) and the Mulva Library offer you the premier location, worldwide, for delving into monastic life of the Premonstratensians and the intellectual contributions of the Order.
Mine the Complexities of Religion and Time
The Norbertine Order collection has three primary subsets:
- CNS: General and contemporary works associated with the order, its abbeys, its organizational structure, and the works of Norbertine writers.
- Archives and special collections: Mediated access to the rare and specialized materials which date back to 1461.
- Main Mulva Library collection: General works on the history of Catholic and other Christian denominations, histories and philosophies of religious schools of thought, and the lives and works of spiritual figures.
- Digital Commons: Several materials CNS has about the history of the Norbertine Order can be found online in our institutional repository.
