Academic Search Complete (Coverage: 1990-present)
Provides full text for over 1,250 journals covering the social sciences, humanities, general science, multicultural studies, education and much more.

ATLA Religion Database w/ ATLASerials (Coverage: varies)
Index to journal articles, book reviews and collections of essays in all fields of religion. More than 600 journals are indexed annually. Links are provided to 100,000 full-text articles from more than fifty journals.

Business Source Complete (Coverage: 1984-present)
Provides full text for over 960 journals covering business, management, economics, finance, banking, accounting and much more.

Catholic Periodical and Literature Index (CPLI) (Coverage: 1981-present)
This database is the product of a partnership between ATLA and the Catholic Library Association. The database covers all aspects of the Catholic faith and lifestyle, and includes over 380,000 index citations of articles and reviews published in Roman Catholic periodicals, Papal documents, church promulgations and books about the Catholic faith that are authored by Catholics and/or produced by Catholic publishers.

Communication & Mass Media Complete (Coverage: varies)
Communication & Mass Media Complete provides the most robust, quality research solution in areas related to communication and mass media. CMMC incorporates the content of CommSearch (formerly produced by the National Communication Association) and Mass Media Articles Index (formerly produced by Penn State) along with numerous other journals in communication, mass media, and other closely-related fields of study to create a research and reference resource of unprecedented scope and depth encompassing the breadth of the communication discipline. CMMC offers cover-to-cover (“core”) indexing and abstracts for more than 500 journals, and selected (“priority”) coverage of nearly 200 more, for a combined coverage of more than 690 titles. Furthermore, this database includes full text for over 380 journals.

Education Research Complete (Coverage: 1881-present)
Education Research Complete is the definitive online resource for education research. Topics covered include all levels of education from early childhood to higher education, and all educational specialties, such as multilingual education, health education, and testing. Education Research Complete provides indexing and abstracts for more than 3,000 journals back to 1881, as well as full text for more than 2,000 journals back to 1936, and includes full text for numerous education-related conference papers and more than 500 books and monographs back to 1972.

GeoRef  (Coverage: 1785-present)
Published by the American Geological Institute. Covers worldwide technical literature in geology and geophysics.

GeoRef in Process (Coverage: varies)
contains unedited records that are still in the process of being indexed prior to their integration in the main GeoRef database. Some of the records originate from older, non-English language literature while other, more current records are simply not yet complete. This database is intended as a supplement to the main GeoRef database. 

GreenFILE (Coverage: varies)
Contains information covering all aspects of human impact to the environment. Its collection of scholarly, government and general-interest titles includes content on global warming, green building, pollution, sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, recycling, and more.

ERIC (Coverage: varies)
ERIC, the Educational Resource Information Center, contains more than 2,200 digests along with references for additional information and citations and abstracts from over 1,000 educational and education-related journals.

Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition (Coverage: 1988-present)
This database is a collection of consumer health information available to libraries worldwide, providing information on many health topics including the medical sciences, food sciences and nutrition, childcare, sports medicine and general health, featuring searchable full text for nearly 300 journals.

Humanities International Complete (Coverage: varies)
Humanities International Complete provides full text of hundreds of journals, books and other published sources from around the world. Produced by Whitston Publishing (an imprint of EBSCO Publishing), this database includes all data from Humanities International Index (more than 2,000 journals and 2 million records) plus unique full text content.

Humanities International Index (Coverage: varies)
Humanities International Index is a comprehensive database covering journals, books and other important reference sources in the humanities. Produced by Whitston Publishing (an imprint of EBSCO Publishing), Humanities International Index provides cover-to-cover indexing and abstracting for over 2,000 titles and contains more than 2 million records. LGBT Life with Full Text (Coverage: varies)
LGBT Life with Full Text contains all of the content available in LGBT Life as well as full text for more than 120 of the most important and historically significant LGBT journals, magazines and regional newspapers, as well as more than 140 full-text monographs and books. The database includes comprehensive indexing and abstract coverage as well as a specialized LGBT Thesaurus containing over 6,400 terms.

MasterFILE Premier (Coverage: 1975-present)
Designed specifically for public libraries, this multidisciplinary database provides full text for more than 1,730 general reference publications with full text information dating as far back as 1975. Covering virtually every subject area of general interest, MasterFILE Premier also includes nearly 500 full text reference books, 84,774 biographies, 100,554 primary source documents, and an Image Collection of 235,186 photos, maps and flags.

MAS Ultra - School Edition (Coverage: approx. 1975-present)
Designed specifically for high school libraries, this database contains full text for nearly 500 popular high school magazines. MAS Ultra - School Edition also provides more than 350 full text reference books, 84,774 biographies, 100,554 primary source documents and an image collection of 235,186 photos, maps and flags.

MEDLINE (Coverage: approx. 1996-present)
MEDLINE provides authoritative medical information on medicine, nursing, dentistry, veterinary medicine, the health care system, pre-clinical sciences and much more. Created by the National Library of Medicine, MEDLINE uses MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) indexing with tree, tree hierarchy, subheadings and explosion capabilities to search citations from over 4,800 current biomedical journals.

Military & Government Collection
Designed to offer current news pertaining to all branches of the military and government, this database offers a thorough collection of periodicals, academic journals and other content pertinent to the increasing needs of those sites. The Military and Government Collection provides cover-to-cover full text for nearly 300 journals and periodicals and indexing and abstracts for nearly 400 titles.

MLA International Bibliography (Coverage: 1920-present)
Offers a detailed bibliography of journal articles, books and dissertations. Produced by the Modern Language Association, the electronic version of the bibliography dates back to the 1920s and contains over 1.8 million citations from more than 4,400 journals & series and 1,000 book publishers. The indexed materials coverage is international and includes almost 60 titles from J-STOR’s language and literature collection as well as links to full text.

New Testament Abstracts (Coverage: 1985-present)
Product of a partnership between ATLA and the Weston Jesuit School of Theology. The database has become an indispensable research and bibliographic aid for scholars, librarians, clergy and students of the New Testament and its historical milieu. The database contains more than 38,000 article abstracts, 1,200 review abstracts, 13,500 book abstracts and 50 software abstracts.

Newspaper Source Plus (Coverage: 1985-present, unless otherwise noted)
Provides selected full text for 25 national (U.S.) and international newspapers. The database also contains full-text television & radio news transcripts and selected full text for more than 200 regional (U.S.) newspapers.

Old Testament Abstract (Coverage: 1978-present)
Product of a partnership between ATLA and the Catholic Biblical Association. The database features indexing and abstracts for journal articles, monographs, multi-author works, and software related to Old Testament studies. Topics covered include antiquities, archaeology, biblical theology, philology and much more.

Points of View (Coverage: varies)
POV is a full text database designed to provide students and schools with a series of controversial essays that present multiple sides of a current issue. Essays provide questions and materials for further thought and study and are accompanied by thousands of supporting articles from the world’s top political and societal publications. 

Primary Search (Coverage: 1990-present)
Primary Search provides full text for nearly 70 popular, magazines for elementary school research. All full-text articles included in the database are assigned a reading level indicator (Lexiles), and full text information dates as far back as 1990.

Professional Development Collection (Coverage: varies)
Designed for professional educators, this database provides a highly specialized collection of more than 550 high quality education journals, including more than 350 peer-reviewed titles. This database also contains more than 200 educational reports.

PsycARTICLES (Coverage: 1985-present, unless otherwise noted)
Contains searchable full-text articles from 50 journals published by APA and allied organizations from 1988 to the present, with earlier years in production. The articles are in html format and include internal links to tables, figures and references.

PsycCritiques (Coverage: 1956-present)
Produced by the American Psychological Association (APA), this database is an electronic serial of book reviews featuring full-text reviews of current scholarly and professional books in psychology. It also publishes reviews from a psychological perspective of popular films and trade books.

PsycINFO (Coverage: 1887-present)
This database, from the American Psychological Association (APA), contains nearly 2.3 million citations and summaries of scholarly journal articles, book chapters, books and dissertations, all in psychology and related disciplines, dating as far back as the 1800s. 97 percent of the covered material is peer-reviewed. Journal coverage, which spans 1887 to present, includes international material selected from more than 2,100 periodicals in more than 25 languages.

SocINDEX w/ Full Text (Coverage: 1908-present)
SocINDEX with Full Text is the world's most comprehensive and highest quality sociology research database. The database features more than 2,066,400 records with subject headings from a 19,750+ term sociological thesaurus designed by subject experts and expert lexicographers. SocINDEX with Full Text contains full text for 777 journals dating back to 1908. This database also includes full text for more than 820 books and monographs, and full text for 13,947 conference papers.

Created by Heritage Microfilm, an archival microfilm and newspaper digitization company. Contains digital images of newspapers from around the world.

Choice (Coverage: online edition published every month)
Current reviews for academic libraries is the premier source for reviews of academic books, electronic media and internet resources of interest to those in higher education.

Chronicle of Higher Education Online (Coverage: online edition published every weekday, articles archived since September 1989)
A source of news, information and jobs for college and university faculty members and administrators. The Chronicle includes access to all of the web site and to Academe Today, the daily e-mail newsletter.

Credo Reference
Its full-text, aggregated content covers every major subject from the world's best publishers of reference. Database includes:  dictionaries of legal materials, foreign languages, wine, art, computing, medicine; encyclopedias of many types; biographical materials like Who's Who, and much more.

DOAJ    Directory of Open Access Journals. This service covers free, full text, quality controlled scientific and scholarly journals. We aim to cover all subjects and languages. There are now 2858 journals in the directory. Currently 910 journals are searchable at article level. As of today 151959 articles are included in the DOAJ service.Directory of Open Access Journals. Is written and produced by the staff of E&E Publishing, LLC. The one-stop source for those who need to stay on top of all of today's major energy and environmental action with an average of more than 20 stories a day, Greenwire covers the complete spectrum, from electricity industry restructuring to Clean Air Act litigation to public lands management.

JSTOR (Coverage: varies from title to title, but approximately from the 1800s-1994)
Includes full-text back files of nearly 400 of the most important journals in Business, Ecology, Economics, Finance, Management, History, Mathematics, Political Science, Population Studies, Language, Literature and Science. Entire text of each journal is searchable. JSTOR database is unique because the complete backfiles of core scholarly journals have been digitized, starting with the very first issues, many of which reach back to the 1800s. The database now contains over 2 million pages and new titles and fields are being added constantly (approximately 100,000 pages are added to the database each month).

Highwire Press Online  contains free full-text science articles. As of 10/12/07, we are assisting in the online publication of 1,803,175 free full-text articles and 4,463,048 total articles. There are 9 sites with free trial periods, and 44 completely free sites.

Lexis-Nexis (Coverage: 1990-present)
Academic Universe provides access to nearly 5,000 publication on a wide range of news, business, legal and reference information.

Oxford English Dictionary (OED) Online (historical coverage, updated regularly)
Online access the 20-volume Second Edition and the three Additions Series volumes, plus at least 1,800 new and revised entries each quarter.

Project MUSE (Coverage: 1995-present)
Provides full-text access to journals published by the Johns Hopkins University. Project Muse contains the full text of over 190 journals with emphasis on the humanities including literary theory, history and cultural studies. Other disciplines included are political science, film, theatre and performing arts.

Sage Journals Online (Coverage: 1999-present)
Access Sage Publications 444 plus online journals.

Science Direct College Edition (Coverage: varies by title)
Databases offered include journals (ONLY, no books!) from the Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Social Sciences and the Humanities. Our access does not include the physical science or engineering titiles!
