Promote Your Event or Organization

Are you in need of more visibility? All college departments and organizations are welcome to submit announcements and events to be displayed on our TV monitor located behind the information desk.

St. Norbert community members are also invited to post flyers and posters on the bulletin boards at the entrances of the library lobby. Please take your materials to John Seckel in the Campus Center for approval prior to posting. Materials without the official college stamp will be removed from boards.

Policies for Posting

  • Announcements or events should keep with the mission of St. Norbert College and the mission of the library.
  • We reserve the right to accept or deny any carousel announcement request or edit for style or content.
  • Submissions must be received by 3 p.m. on the Friday before your desired run date.
  • A visual slide needs to be uploaded for inclusion. We recommend using Microsoft PowerPoint. Please ensure you have proper permission to use any submitted graphics.
  • If you’d like to use a poster or banner that you’ve already created, please attach the file to your announcement request.
