How do I find a bible?
Most Bibles will be shelved in the 220’s according to the Dewey Decimal system. You could browse in the 220 section of the reference books or the stacks. Both of these areas are located on the first floor.
You can also search for a Bible using our online catalog. If using this method, it’s best to have the exact title of the particular version of the Bible you’re searching for, like The New American Bible or The Catholic Bible. If you just type in “bible” under the title, subject or keyword tabs of the online catalog, you will find resources related to many areas of Bible study, but finding a generic Bible will be difficult this way.
For more help or further questions regarding Bible study, contact the reference librarian at the information desk.
