Library Suggestion Form

Use the form below to make a variety of suggestions concerning the library. You may suggest we purchase an interesting video, collect more materials on a particular subject, ask us to purchase a helpful book, or make environmental changes to the building (i.e. building is too cold, add bean bag chairs to the children's room, there's a stain on the carpet in Rm. 211)  or make a general comment.
