The Team Course at the center offers the kind of quality training and development you would expect from St. Norbert College. Practice hands-on team building in an environment that will bring your group closer together and challenge your members. It's a chance to have some fun while actively learning new ways to succeed. Our activities are designed to develop skills that are transferable back to your work place. They emphasize individual thought and the importance of team work.

The course also offers high ropes events that you notice the minute you arrive. While much of your day is spent on challenging ground activities, plan your program long enough and feel the exhilaration of success in arenas never experienced before.

A day at the Team Course will provide your group with an eye-opening perspective on their interactions with each other and their own motivations for productive and successful endeavors. Reinforce the building blocks essential to team success.

Location
The Team Course is located on the edge of campus surrounded by trees and friendly neighbors. We always have plenty of shade on summer days! It is on South Fourth Street in De Pere, between houses 623 and 705.

Parking is available conveniently on Fourth Street.

Conference Site
In close proximity to the Outdoor Leadership Center is the F.K. Bemis International Conference Center, where we can book one or more conference rooms for your training program. All rooms are bright and airy, air conditioned, and designed in board style with comfortable chairs, presentation boards and multimedia capabilities.

Dining Options
You also have the option to have your lunch catered in by St. Norbert College. Options range from a simple sub sandwich lunch to a gourmet barbecue of tenderloin and marinated chicken, deluxe salads, chips and much more!

Myers Briggs or Strength Development Testing
If desired, start your team building with a well known personality inventory that will give you and each member of your team keen insights into themselves and each other. This is a unique aspect of the Outdoor Leadership Center, and always a fascinating option.

Program Fees
All courses are now facilitated by the Team Leadership Center. Prices are dependent on type of group and services selected.

St. Norbert College groups (i.e., classes, departments, student organizations) need to call the Department of Leadership, Student Engagement & First Year Experience at (920) 403-4023 to book a date. The discounted price for SNC groups of 20 or less is $200.00 (or $10/person for groups of 21 or more). Dates are not final until an agreement form and the non-refundable fee are submitted to LSE.

Community and non-SNC groups can call the Team Leadership Center at (920) 746-9999 to inquire about available dates and fees.
