What is Leadership Certificate?
The Leadership Certificate program consists of 6 workshops based on advanced topics in leadership. Each workshop will feature a guest leader from the St. Norbert community who will guide and motivate stimulating conversation. Join us for this wonderful opportunity to grow and interact with a diverse group of campus leaders.
Who should apply to be a part of Leadership Certificate?
Leadership Certificate is a program designed for experienced leaders, so those who apply must have campus leadership experience to be considered.
When and where will Leadership Certificate meet?
Tentatively, leadership certificate will be meeting the following Tuesdays at the Knight Owl Café (First floor, PAC) from 6:00-7:30 p.m.. All dates subject to change, pending upon participant availability. Official dates to be posted once participants are selected.

What will we talk about? What will we do?
Topics will include:
- Leadership Model and Definition Discussion
- Diversity as a Value in Leadership
- Spirituality as a Value in Leadership
- Civic Engagement as a Value in Leadership
- Communication and its Value in Leadership
During the course of the program, you will also develop a Leadership Portfolio that will include both materials you accumulate from this program, and materials from other leadership experiences and classes.
We will end the program with a Celebratory Dinner (date and details pending, but it will be fun!)
