Culture Counts: People, Patterns and Pi
This is the name of an exhibit that was on display at the Neville Public Museum of Brown County from Sept. 7, 2002, to Jan. 11, 2004. The exhibit explored the ways mathematics has been—and continues to be—used in everyday circumstances by cultures from around the world. The exhibit included many hands-on experiences.

The exhibit was the result of sabbatical leave work by Bonnie Berken, Assistant Professor of Mathematics. Subsequent research and summer workshops have lead to the development of many curriculum resources for K-12 teachers.
