When our professors and students bring both intellectual rigor and enthusiasm to bear on the topic at hand, learning moves in powerful, unexpected directions.

The Proposed Master of Business Administration

Through the generous gift of Pat Schneider, wife of the late Donald J. Schneider ’57, a new school of business and economics has been established at St. Norbert College, and with it a new proposed MBA program. The MBA program has been approved by the faculty and Board of Trustees at the college, and is proposed to begin in Fall 2015 pending approval by the Higher Learning Commission, our accrediting body.

The proposed MBA program will uphold:
  • The tradition of academic rigor manifest at the college since its founding in 1898.
  • The commitment of the Norbertine order to northeast Wisconsin and its citizens, as maintained for over 100 years.
  • The standard of excellence established by Donald Schneider, his company and its associates.
The New Hub of Business Intelligence in Northeast Wisconsin
The Donald J. Schneider School of Business and Economics, through both its undergraduate and proposed MBA programs, will be the region’s center for the study of sound business practice. It will champion principles and methods that will contribute to a thriving northeast Wisconsin, rich in economic opportunity for all.

The proposed MBA program will welcome as students those who are already engaged in the area business community; it will provide them with tools and expertise to propel themselves and their organizations to new heights of achievement.

Launch of the Program
Development of the proposed MBA Program and curriculum has begun and will continue during the upcoming academic year. Updates concerning the timeline and process for applications for enrollment will be posted on this website as that information becomes available.
