Share faith
Common Prayer
Campus Ministry invites you to attend Common Prayer each Wednesday from 10:10-10:40 a.m as an optional activity for Sacred Hour in Old St. Joseph Church. Common Prayer is a continuation of the Norbertine tradition of calling a community together into its common place of prayer. Each Common Prayer service is led by members of the College community. Please see the following for the
Fall 2008 schedule.
Faith-Sharing Groups
Campus Ministry piloted small faith-sharing groups in 2005 to rave reviews. Here’s what past participants loved:
- Open conversation with very meaningful topics and great structure.
- Bringing a group of together to talk about faith and God in our lives was an unbelievable experience.
- The interaction between group members and the comfortable atmosphere created by opening up and sharing spiritual experiences.
If you missed the Kick-Off event but are still interested in joining a faith-faith sharing group, please contact
Sammi Kretz as soon as possible for more information or to sign-up.
Prayer & Social is a unique opportunity that travels to a new dorm every other week and helps students to participate in a short study break that serves to re-focus and center themselves in and often too busy campus life. The event incorporates a short prayer followed by meaningful conversation, snacks, and games. For an idea when the next "Prayer & Social" will come to your dorm, check the
calendar.
