Fr. Salvatore Cuccia, O.Praem.
Associate Pastor & Campus Minister
Father Sal, a Norbertine priest, came to the college in 2000 as the Associate Pastor of St. Norbert College Parish. He has been involved in retreats and the RCIA program.
In addition to making a mean pot of pasta sauce, Father Sal works with a student intern coordinating the freshmen retreat, spring retreat, men's retreat and Catholic Q & A. He participates in a men's small faith-sharing group which meets once a week, and organizes a men's service trip to a homeless shelter in Philadelphia during Winter Break.

Shaun M. Johnson
Campus Minister
Shaun Johnson comes to us most recently from the Southside of Chicago where he served as campus minister and a member of the theology faculty of two all boys high schools. He will be coordinating the retreats program, the faith sharing groups, and a diverse range of activities throughout the year. Being somewhat tech savvy, Shaun will be working to provide opportunities for students to participate in live blogs as well as keep up to date with the various activities offered through the campus ministry department via the campus ministry web site.
Shaun maintains an open-door policy and invites you to contact him about any questions or issues you would like to discuss or to stop him on campus when you see him at an event or taking a stroll in the afternoon with his family on campus.

Julie Massey
Director of Campus Ministry & Faith, Learning & Vocation
Julie returned to her alma mater in 1998 to work in Campus Ministry. In her nine years here she has assumed a variety of roles to enhance the spiritual offerings for students.As director for both Campus Ministry and the Program of Faith, Learning & Vocation, Julie seeks to support the great work of her professional and student staff members as they offer meaningful programs on campus.
Julie holds a Master of Divinity degree from Loyola University Chicago. Julie loves journeying with college students as they seek out the path to a meaningful life. Married with three children, Julie lives near campus—so wave if you are roller-blading past her picture window.

Sandy Murphy
Campus Minister
Sandy has been with the College since 2002. She is currently involved in helping to coordinate the TRIPS program or Alternative Break Service Trips with Leadership, Service & Involvement staff. She is also helping to plan fallFest and doing spiritual direction with students.
Sandy now serves part-time in Campus Ministry so she can be home more with her children, John and Clara. She is married to another John, and they live in De Pere.

De'Ette Radant
Secretary for Campus Ministry & Faith, Learning and Vocation
De'Ette has been with the College since 1999. She began as Program Coordinator for the Killeen Chair, moved to The Master of Theological Studies and has been with Campus Ministry since August of 2008. Prior to her hire here, De'Ette was employed in many aspects of the mortgage banking industry. Most recently, DeEtte has decided to finish her undergraduate degree and is planning to be in the graduating class of 2014.
De'Ette lives in De Pere with her husband Russ (’79) and their two sons. DeEtte and her family are active members of Ascension Lutheran Church in Green Bay.
