Professional profile
Tony Pichler is currently the Director for Lay Ministry Formation for the Diocese of Green Bay. Tony holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology from St. John’s University (Collegeville, MN) and a Master of Theological Studies degree in Theology from St. Norbert College. 

Formerly Tony was the Consultant for Youth and Young Adult Ministry for the diocese after serving parishes for seven years. He continues to teach in the Master of Theological Studies Program at St. Norbert College, the St. Norbert College Religious Studies Department, and the Certificate in Youth Ministry Studies Program sponsored by the Center for Ministry Development. 

Tony has co-authored four books ( Service Projects for Teens and three editions of Totally Lent) as well as a series of binders for Discipline with Purpose. Tony is co-founder of StreetLights Outreach and serves on the St. John the Evangelist Homeless Shelter Board of Trustees and Executive Committee. 

Tony and his wife, Janine, have two children: Andy, 18, and Meagan, 15. They reside in West De Pere where they attend St. Norbert College Parish.
