Professional profile
Dr. Howard Ebert began teaching religious studies at St. Norbert College in 1987, specializing in philosophical theology and contemporary Catholic systematic theology.
In 1996, he was awarded the Leonard Ledvina Outstanding Teacher Award, an honor he called "humbling ... especially considering there are a lot of good teachers here."
In 1999, Ebert was named director of the St. Norbert College Master of Theological Studies Program and, in 2000, he was named division chair of Humanities and Fine Arts.
Ebert calls teaching at St. Norbert College a "great privilege" and likes sharing ideas with his students and opening up new worlds to them." |
