The Multicultural Student Mentor Program is designed to assist all incoming multicultural students with becoming accustomed to the St. Norbert College campus.

Each incoming multicultural student is assigned an upper-class mentor to assist and support them in their academic and social lives during their first year. The program requires weekly contact between each mentee and her or his mentor.

Mentors get specialized training to assist them in getting involved in the fabric of SNC life.
