Community kickoff event for American Cancer Society Relay for Life of De Pere at St. Norbert College

A community kickoff event for American Cancer Society Relay for Life of De pere at St. Norbert College is scheduled for 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 20 at Sports Corner, 500 Grant Street in De Pere.

The community kickoff is an informational meeting for anyone interested in learning more about the relay or forming a team to participate. Attendees can win a free team registration worth $150 as well as other prizes.

The March 27 relay at St. Norbert College raises money for the American Cancer Society. The all day event involves teams of eight to 15 volunteers from throughout the area.
