David Vander Zanden to speak on education issues as part of the "CEO Breakfast and Strategy Series" at St. Norbert College

David Vander Zanden, president and CEO of School Specialty Inc., will present "Growth Strategy for Accelerated Learning" on Tuesday, March 23, from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. at the Riverview Country Club in Appleton, Wis, as part of St. Norbert College's CEO Breakfast and Strategy Series.

Appleton-based School Specialty designs, develops and provides pre K-12 educators with the latest curriculum materials, supplemental learning resources, and school supplies.

Vander Zanden was School Specialty's president and chief operation officer from 1998 until 2002, when he was named CEO. Previously, he was president of Ariens Corp. in Brillion. He serves on numerous corporate and non-profit boards.
