St. Norbert College to unveil first official mascot

St. Norbert College will unveil its first, official mascot Saturday, Sept. 25, at the Donald J. Schneider Athletic Stadium during the St. Norbert College football team's Midwest Conference home opener against Lawrence University, as part of Norbertine Heritage Day. Kickoff is slated for 1 p.m.

The unveiling of the new Green Knight is one of a season's worth of activities slated to celebrate the opening of Schneider Stadium.

The Rev. Jay Fostner, O.Praem., a 1984 graduate of St Norbert, along with the Norbertine fathers will unveil the new mascot and celebrate the new stadium by sharing the history, values and traditions of the Norbertines through a half-time video.
