St. Norbert College to Present Student Vocal Recital

The St. Norbert College music department presents Nicole Schommer and Matthew Christoff performing a student vocal recital on Friday, March 22, at 3 p.m. in Dudley Birder Hall, 400 Grant. St., De Pere. The event is free and open to the public.

Schommer, from Freedom, Wis., will be performing pieces by Handel, Vivaldi, Mozart, Pergolesi, Wolf, Puccini and Bizet. She will also be performing a duet of Ave Maria by Saint-Sauëns with UW-Green Bay junior Lindsay Cummings. Schommer will be accompanied by Cassandra Tingo.

Christoff, from Luxemburg, Wis., will be performing various pieces including works by Schubert, Chopin, Debussy, and Palomino. He will be accompanied on piano by Elaine Moss, part-time instructor of music and accompanist.
