The eleventh annual Undergraduate Research Forum will be held Tuesday, April 1, from 1 to 4 p.m. in the Mulva Studio on the St. Norbert College campus. A reception and recognition ceremony for all participants and guests begins at 4 p.m. in the Hendrickson Dining Room of the F.K. Bemis International Center. The event is free and open to the public.

"This forum puts a spotlight on the extraordinary work our faculty and staff do in working on research projects and creative works collaboratively with our students," said Jeffrey Frick, dean of the college and academic vice president. "These experiences are an important part of the transformative education we offer at St. Norbert College."

John Pennington, professor of English and director of the St. Norbert Collaborative, adds: "Undergraduate research is a hallmark of the quality education at St. Norbert College. The Undergraduate Research Forum is our public acknowledgment of this integral academic collaborative pursuit."

The Undergraduate Research Forum will feature 36 projects, with 41 students taking part. Projects span the humanities and fine arts, natural sciences, social sciences, interdisciplinary work, student affairs and more.

The event is hosted by the office of the dean of the college, the office of college advancement and The St. Norbert Collaborative: The Center for Undergraduate Research, Scholarship and Creative Activities.
