The fourteenth annual Undergraduate Research Forum will be held Friday, April 21, from 1 to 4 p.m. in the Mulva Library on the St. Norbert College campus. A reception and recognition ceremony for all participants and guests begins at 4 p.m. in Hendrickson Dining Room of the Bemis International Center.

The guest speaker will be Thomas Kunkel, president of St. Norbert College. The event is free and open to the public.

"This forum puts a spotlight on the extraordinary work our faculty and staff do in working on research projects and creative works collaboratively with our students," said Jeffrey Frick, dean of the college and academic vice president. "These experiences are an important part of the transformative education we offer at St. Norbert College."

Anindo Choudhury, professor of biology and environmental science and director of the St. Norbert Collaborative: Center for Undergraduate Research, adds: "Undergraduate research is a hallmark of the quality education at St. Norbert College. The undergraduate research forum is our public acknowledgment of this integral academic collaborative pursuit."

This year the undergraduate research forum will feature almost 50 research projects that represent the natural sciences, the social sciences, the humanities, and the fine arts, as well as interdisciplinary work.

The event is hosted by the St. Norbert Collaborative, with support from the office of College Advancement.
