St. Norbert College Opera Workshop: A Game of Chance

The St. Norbert College Music Department Opera Workshop will present "A Game of Chance" on Saturday, Nov. 18 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 19 at 2 p.m. in the Webb Theatre, Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts.

"A Game of Chance," a musical by Seymour Barab, is a one act production about three friends gather to pass the afternoon knitting on a park bench. Each dreams of a different sort of life. The workshop explores what would happen if their dreams came true. Musical selections include pieces from "Hansel and Gretel," "Don Giovanna," "The Magic Flute," "The Tender Land" and "A Game of Chance."
