2nd annual Wheelchair Football Bowl Game for charity at St. Norbert College

Senior Luke Getschow (Green Bay), along with members of the Delta Upsilon Fraternity and Friends on Wheels at St. Norbert College, are hosting the second annual charity Wheelchair Football Bowl Game Wednesday, April 18 at 6:30 p.m. at Schuldes Sports Center. Money raised from the event will go to the CP Center in Green Bay and Academic Support Services at St. Norbert College. Last year nearly 500 dollars was raised.

Getschow is helping to organize the event in honor of his brother, Joseph, who is physically challenged. Green Bay Home Medical is providing the wheelchairs.

Comedy City of De Pere, featuring Miller & Mike, will be providing half-time entertainment.

Admission is five dollars for adults and three dollars for students. Refreshments and other items will be for sale. Anyone physically challenged who is interested in playing can contact Luke Getschow at (920) 217-4053 or luke.getschow@snc.edu.
