St. Norbert College summer band camp

The St. Norbert College music department presents its annual summer band camp in the Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts beginning Monday, June 16, through Friday, June 20. The commuter camp is open to all band students having completed grades 4 through 9.

The camp features daily rehearsals, sectionals and master classes with St. Norbert instrumental music faculty, as well as with area band directors and professional musicians. Optional activities include jazz bands. The final concert will be held at Walter Theatre on Friday, June 20, at 7:30 p.m. The concert will include performances by the camp wind ensemble, concert band, and the Green and Gold Jazz Ensembles.

The registration fee is only $135.00. Each day begins at 9:00 a.m. and concludes at 1:00 p.m. Applications are available from area band directors or by contacting the St. Norbert College music department at (920) 403-3112.
