Carolyn is the director for the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, having joined the department in 2017. 

Her academic background is in psychology and human development, as well as forensic and experimental psychology. Her primary research interests include juror perceptions, victim culpability, cyber crimes and the law, and social injustices faced by underrepresented populations.
