Peg Vande Hey joined the staff at St. Norbert College Parish in May 2006. For most of her adult life, she has worked in parish ministry; -- in liturgy, religious education and youth ministry. She is honored to serve the faith community at St. Norbert as Director of Religious Education. The parish faith formation is an intergenerational, life-long learning process involving all ages, children, youth, college students and adults of all stages. Peg enjoys providing opportunities for God's people to interact in this faith environment to learn the richness of the Catholic Faith, to deepen their gift of faith in Jesus Christ, and then to discover ways to live what they believe.

As in other parishes, St. Norbert College Parish has the responsibility to provide sacramental preparation, and other ministries to children and youth through Children's Liturgy of the Word, Vacation Bible School, and a variety of retreats, as well as justice and service opportunities.

Peg is married to Steve and they have raised three children, all who graduated from St. Norbert College, are now married, and have children of their own. Peg takes great pleasure talking about her 11 grandchildren (and 2 more grandchildren on the way!) who are a great source of joy and hope.
