NPC sororities are one of the largest leadership and life skills training forces for women on university campuses. Our members are encouraged through teaching skills including ethics, accountability, cooperation, comportment and etiquette. NPC unites its members to support and drive changes that improve women's lives and enrich society through philanthropy and volunteerism. NPC sororities act as a training ground for tomorrow's leaders empowering women from college onward. Our members are part of the largest leadership and life skill training forces for women. NPC encourages collegians and alumnae to adhere to the highest standards through guidelines that help ensure individual members achieve high academic standards as well as adhere to high standards of values and social behaviors.
