The St. Norbert College Parents Council is the advisory arm of the St. Norbert College Parents Association. All parents and guardians are automatically members of the Association when their students enroll at St. Norbert.Since the Association was organized to keep parents informed, connected, and involved with the College community, Council members determine activities and events that support and enhance the mission of the Association. The members evaluate needs of students and parents, select programs/events to sponsor and are resources for other parents if questions or concerns arise. The Council also shares concerns/ideas with appropriate College personnel.
Parent Council members meet approximately four times per year with meetings usually held on Saturdays during the school year---allowing out-of-town parents to attend. Meetings tend to run from 10 AM until noon.

While new activities have been added, the surface has just been scratched. From careers, to admissions, to assisting with the “high school to college” transition as well as the “college to the world of work” transition, parents have proven to be a wonderful resource. Parent involvement, without a doubt, enhances the College community.
