What's cooking at dining services?

St. Norbert's talented team of chefs has been working hard to develop new recipes for the fall semester menu cycle. They have created more than 70 new menu items including pecan crusted chicken, cheese foccacia pizza, southern fried tilapia, ranchero beef quesadilla and Cheerio M&M bars.

Dining Service’s chefs would also like to share one of their recipes with you so you can now make the popular Chef Dan’s Chili at home!

Taste of SNC
For the past three years, Dining Services has held its Taste of SNC, a night in the cafeteria where food suppliers provide samples of new entrée ideas for students to try. Students get a chance to provide feedback, and afterwards popular items are added to the spring semester menu cycle. This year’s Taste of SNC was held in early November.

The staff of Phil’s is excited to introduce their new Tender Loving Care (TLC) gift packages.
