New Cafeteria Concept for Upcoming Fall Semester

The 2007-08 school year will bring some new and exciting changes to the Sensenbrenner dining room. There will be new stations for our students to find their favorite entrées, along with many new items added to the menus.
The production team will be featuring their talented chefs at an Action Station, where we will be preparing the entrée in front of the guests, Monday through Friday. We will start in the morning with fresh, made-to-order omelets and eggs, and continue on with lunch and dinner, where our chefs will be preparing many unique entrées.
We will also be featuring a new Homestyle Station where our students can find all the comfort foods they enjoy, such as meatloaf, baked chicken and lasagna. If not in the mood for home cooking, they can visit our new Fast Food Station where they can find burgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches and more, every day of the week.
We will continue to offer a Soup and Salad Bar; Pasta Bar; Deli Station with fresh-baked sub buns, rolls and breads; the Grainery (cereal, bagels, muffins and toast) and, as always, a Healthy Choice Station.
We are looking forward to serving our students in August! |
