These are NOT the Cleavers! It is Buffalo, 1959. Fifteen year old Eddie is spending a lot of time in his bedroom dealing with hormones. Sixteen year old Annie is uncomfortably attracted to boys. Twelve year old Rudy is a smart, wise-cracking kid who loves to impersonate Ed Sullivan. Raised in a traditional Polish-Catholic household, Rudy has decided against becoming a "Soldier for Christ".
As Rudy considers shopping around for a more "fun" religion, the seventy year old Sister Clarissa attempts to save him from himself and an "eternity in Hell". When Sister comes to visit the family, however, all Hell
does break loose!
