First, Decide which Theatre

Use the links in the left-hand navigation bar for information on either theatre.

Second, Check for Availability

Bookings and space/time usage in both theatres changes daily.  The information is only meant to be used as a guide as the following links are updated only once a month.  SNC Login Required.

If the date or dates you desire are booked but are still interested in a theatre, move on to step 3 and in the additional comments field of the form please ask for date alternatives and provide additional information  to guide the alternative date selection process.

Third, Complete the Request From 

If the date you desire is available, please fill out the request form.   After submitting the form, you may be contacted for more information.

If the date you prefer is not available, or you need assistance in filling out the form, you may call for theatre scheduling at (920) 403-3443 to request a date.

Fourth, Receive Confirmation 

Once your request is processed and confirmed, you will be notified by e-mail.
