Box Office Info
The St. Norbert College Box Office provides ticketing for events at the Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts, the Byron L. Walter Theatre, the Neil J. and Mary M. Webb Theatre, and other St. Norbert events at other area venues.  Currently, we sell tickets for shows presented by the St. Norbert College Theatre Department, the St. Norbert College Music Department, Evergreen Theatre, Evergreen Children's Theatre, The Dudley Birder Chorale of St. Norbert College, St. Norbert College Music Theatre, The Dance Company and St. Norbert College Hockey.  Student prices and group rates are available for many events!

The St. Norbert College Box Office is located in the lobby of Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts. The Hall of Fine Arts is located at 315 Third Street in West De Pere. Campus Map

Box Office Hours
We are open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and one hour prior to each event.  Around the Holidays be sure to call for changes in our office hours as updates will always be posted on our voicemail.  For all Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Art events, seating begins 30 minutes prior to the publicized performance time.

Payment Methods
St. Norbert College Box Office accepts cash, check, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express.  SNC students may use custom cash. By phone, you must use a credit card to purchase your tickets. Tickets are not held without payment.

Pricing and Availability
The St. Norbert College Box Office sells tickets for both St. Norbert College and other off-campus presenters who either rent our facilities or contract our services. Prices and availability for shows or games are determined on an event-by-event basis according to each event’s presenter. The St. Norbert College Box Office does not control pricing or the availability of tickets.

Convenience and Mailing Fees
All tickets for those events held in Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts are subject to a $1.00 per ticket Facility Fee.  The Facility Fee is used to improve and enhance the Hall of Fine Arts.

All tickets purchased through the St. Norbert College Box Office are subject the following fees:

Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. The St. Norbert College Box Office does not issue refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. All sales are final. You may return tickets without refund or exchange for another performance of the same show only.  For all exchanges, the original tickets must be returned to the Box Office before new tickets will be issued.  Other restrictions may apply.

Ticket Delivery and Will Call
When ordering over the phone, you may select delivery of tickets via the U.S. mail.  Please allow at least 7 days after your order is made to receive your tickets. We do not express deliver ticket orders.  Ticket delivery is not available for any show one week prior to opening night for an event. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. Tickets delivered through will call are typically made available one hour prior to the event start time. You may need to present picture identification.

Canceled Events
If events are canceled due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff or audience, the St. Norbert College Box Office shall make every effort to ensure that you receive a prompt refund of the ticket price. In the event of cancellation or postponement, please contact us for information on receiving a refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the presenter may set refund limitations.  All fees are non-refundable.
