Study abroad Students spend a semester in the Philippines, taking classes at the University of the Philippines in Diliman and gaining experience of the Filipino culture and society. Prior to going to the Philippines, students must consult the director of the Philippine Studies program to obtain approval for courses the student intends to apply towards satisfying the certificate program in Philippine Studies.
