QUICK LINKS:

Facility Reservations & Usage

Reserving a space on campus is relatively easy and should be done before any advertising for your program or meeting happens. Space should be reserved at the earliest possible time to ensure the success of your event.

Most campus reservation request can be made on line through Conference & Event Services by clicking on the following website at https://www.snc.edu/cgi-bin/login/conference/reservation.cgi. Exceptions to this are highlighted below.

Any time you use a campus space, treat college facilities with respect and leave the room the way you found it. If there is damage to the room or excessive cleaning required, your ability to reserve any SNC space in the future may be revoked.

To see a detailed list of the reservable space on campus, download the following rooms list: rooms.pdf
