Changing Your Password
You will be notified via e-mail when your network/e-mail password is going to expire. If you need to change your network/e-mail password at any other time, even if it has expired or you have forgotten it, you may do so using the following method:
- Using your web browser, go to the Change Password page.
- Follow the instructions on the screen. You will need to know your SNC ID number, the last 4 digits of your Social Security number, and your date of birth.
Remember that passwords should be 8-12 characters long and contain at least one letter and one number.
