Forwarding Your E-Mail
Forwarding redirects any messages sent to you at your SNC address to the address you specify, and stops messages from being to delivered to your SNC address. To forward your e-mail from your SNC account to another e-mail account:
- In Zimbra, go to the Preferences tab.
- On the left side, click on Mail.
- Under "Forward a copy to," enter your forwarding address in the box (you may need to scroll down to see this).
- Check the "Don't keep a local copy of messages" box. This is very important. If you do not check this box, your account will fill up and you will stop receiving mail.
- Click the Save button on the menu bar in the upper left.
Stop Forwarding Your E-Mail
To stop forwarding your e-mail and resume delivery of your e-mail to your SNC address:
- In Zimbra, go to Preferences – Mail.
- Erase the address in the "Forward a copy to," box.
- Uncheck the "Don't keep a local copy of messages" box.*
*This is very important - if you don't do this, you will stop receiving e-mail!
- Click the Save button on the menu bar in the upper left.
