Rainbow Alliance is an educational group dedicated to the support and acceptance of LGBTQQIA (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex, and asexual) individuals at St. Norbert College and in the local and larger communities. We affirm the value and dignity of all people, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression. We support their rights and the abolishment of discrimination, bigotry, and hate. All students are encouraged to participate in Rainbow Alliance and to show their support for diversity, acceptance, and equality for all.

Congratulations, Class of 2009!
The most recent class of new alumni counts among it several highly-involved members and supporters of Rainbow Alliance! Best wishes to those stepping outside the St. Norbert College "bubble" and keep in touch!
Major Web Site Updates
Take a moment to explore the newly-updated Rainbow Alliance web site! The new homepage is designed to help you find what you're looking for more quickly, and the LGBTQ Ally Program pages have been updated and clarified. A new Incident Report Form is also available from the LGBTQ Ally Program to report bias, discrimination, and bigotry.
Rainbow Alliance Wins Two Student Organization Awards!
Rainbow Alliance was named 2008-09 Student Organization of the Year in the Diversity/Faith/Service category - the second time the group has won this award in two years! The LGBTQ Ally Training Sessions were also awarded Best Educational Program! Congratulations to all who helped the group achieve such success! Get connected and be a part of the success during the 2009-10 year!
