Declare your identity. Declare your support.

How do you define yourself? Help show the campus just how many people support Rainbow Alliance, and how diverse our supporters' identities are.

Show the campus that you support Rainbow Alliance and the rights and equality of LGBTQ people by display one or more of these signs in a visible place: your office door, residence hall room door and/or window, any place you can imagine! You can display it as-is, or sign your name to it, or use one of our signs with blanks to fill in your own name or identity category.

The signs are divided into 6 general categories based on the type of identity they assert. We've made sure to especially highlight those identities which are sometimes seen as biased against LGBTQ people and equality, so that those barriers to community can be broken down by your declaration of harmony. There are also two posters with a blank in the "All Identities" category: one with a line for a collective identity of your own choice, and another with a line for your name as an individual identity.

Each sign contains a large statement in this basic form:

"I am name of collective identity and support Rainbow Alliance"

The sign also contains the following statements in smaller text:

"I affirm the value and dignity of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning people in our community. I support their rights and the abolishment of discrimination, bigotry, and hate.
Join me in support of LGBTQ people and of Rainbow Alliance.
Find out what you can do to learn and to help.
All are welcome to participate."

The URL for the Rainbow Alliance web site is also included. Each sign is available in both a color version and a black and white version: the only difference is whether the Rainbow Alliance logo is in color or not.
