Academic History Errors and Omissions Reporting Form

If you have noticed any errors or omissions in your record during our conversion process to KnightLine please report them by completing the form below. A review of all students' records is currently in progress and most errors should be corrected by November 2nd. To view the status of your record during this process you may go to KnightLine/Student Services/Registration/View Registration Status and then click the link to View Holds. All students have a non-registration influencing hold that indicates the status of their review. An indication of "Transcript in Conversion" indicates the review process is on-going, and "Transcript in Review" indicates an error or omission is currently being resolved.
