Majors and minors take yearly educational trips to fascinating places like Rome, Washington and New York. Religious studies funds help pay part of the cost for these trips. Future locations include Ireland, Israel and California.

Student studying religion often find in the Peace and Justice Center an important supplement to their academic work. There are many activities sponsored by the center, including a minor in peace and justice.
Killeen Chair of Theology and Philosophy
Established in 1984 to honor Abbot Sylvester Michael Killeen, O.Praem., this chair offers scholarships and superior learning experiences to students. Killeen Chair funds sponsor a yearly lecture series that brings to campus, for short periods of time, nationally and internationally known figures in a wide variety of fields to address issues and themes close to the heart of theology and philosophy.
Clarence Heidgen Endowed Chair in Religious Studies
This chair makes yearly funds available to bring a distinguished scholar to campus for several weeks, the purpose of which is to enhance the Catholic intellectual tradition. This offers students yet another first-hand opportunity to learn from experts in the field.
The Center for Norbertine Studies
The mission of the Center for Norbertine Studies is to collaborate in enlivening and strengthening an authentic Catholic culture in the Norbertine tradition at St. Norbert College and in the international community by creating opportunities for undergraduate and graduate scholarship, collaboration among Norbertine houses throughout the world, cross-cultural interaction and international student and faculty exchange.
Master of Theological Studies
Through the core courses, students learn the history of Christian doctrine and engage in critically engaged theological reflection about the essential components of the faith. The six areas of specialization allow students to tailor their education to their respective interests and needs. For those who are looking to gain a basic graduate understanding or may be looking to expand their area of competence, there are certificate programs available.
