All new member induction forms are now processed through our external vendor at the website of Kenneth E. Jernigan and Associates, at www.kenjernigan.com.  At their website, you will find an order form for certificates, memberships, and regalia.  The cost for membership is still $25, which includes the certificate, membership, and the TAK journal for one year.
