About Riverside and Vander Zanden
There are 22 four-person apartments two two-person apartments available to upperclass residents in the Riverside and Vander Zanden complexes.
Each complex has three floors and there are four apartments on each floor. Each apartment has a full-size kitchen, living room and bedroom(s).
Residents of the apartments are able to connect their personal computers with the campus network and have access to laundry facilities on the first floor of both complexes.
The utility costs of each apartment are the responsibility of its
residents.
The apartments are staffed by a
housing intern and remain open during campus breaks. |

Each unit is furnished with:

Bedrooms
- Bunkable beds
- Desk with chair and dresser for each resident
- Full closet space
Residents of the apartments are able to loft their beds; however, they cannot loft using wooden structures. Any lofts must be metallic, such as the rentable RHA lofts. |
