Salaried Employee Association

The purpose of the St. Norbert College Salaried Employee Association (SEA) shall be to unite all employees of St. Norbert College in this classification into an integrated body so that it may:

  • Effectively communicate with one another and with the college on matters of mutual interest,
  • Interact with the other employee association(s) on matters of mutual interest,
  • Uphold the mission statement of the college, and
  • Promote professional development among its members.
