Getting to St. Norbert College

From the South
Take either Interstate 43 North or U.S. Highway 41 North to the Green Bay area.

From U.S. Highway 41: Exit at Main Avenue in De Pere. Bear right and take Main Avenue east through four sets of lights. Main Avenue will eventually turn to the right and become Reid Street. Get in the right lane. When you go through the third set of lights on Reid Street, the campus will be in front of you and on your right.

From I-43: Exit on Highway 172 (exit number 180) and watch for the St. Norbert College sign (Webster Avenue). Turn left onto Webster, right onto George Street and left onto Wisconsin Street. At the two-lane roundabout, bear straight over the bridge ( navigating De Pere's multi-lane roundabout). As you cross the Claude Allouez Bridge, you’ll catch your first glimpse of the St. Norbert College campus on your left-hand side. Turn left at the first stoplight onto Fourth Street. Turn left again at the next stoplight onto Reid Street and move to the far right lane. The campus will be in front of you and on your right.

From the North
Take U.S. Highway 41 South to the Main Avenue exit in De Pere. Turn left at the lights and take Main Avenue east through four sets of lights. Main Avenue will eventually turn to the right and become Reid Street. Get into the right lane. When you go through the third set of lights on Reid Street, you’ll see the campus in front of you and on your right.

From the West
From Wisconsin 29: Go east to U.S. Highway 41 South and follow the directions “From the North” above.

From U.S. Highway 10 or Wisconsin 21: Take either to U.S. Highway 41 North and follow the directions “From the South” above.

Parking

 Parking is free throughout the city and campus. Follow directional signs and traffic attendants to event parking areas.

Campus Tours
We invite you to enjoy a walking, horse-drawn or self-guided tour of the St. Norbert College campus. For additional details, view the right column of this page. You may view or download the campus map to navigate to the various SNC Day events and activities across campus. 

Walking Tours
Walking tours of campus will leave every hour on the hour from the Alumni House beginning at 10 a.m. and ending at 5 p.m.

Self-guided Tours

Campus buildings will be open for self-guided tours from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Hosts will be available to answer your questions. Consider checking out:

  • Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts
  • Alumni House
  • Austin E. Cofrin Hall
  • Carol and Robert Bush Art Center
  • Donald J. Schneider Stadium
  • F.K. Bemis International Center
  • Fr. Eugene Gries, O.Praem., Residence Hall (11 a.m. to 2 p.m.)
  • Kress Inn
  • Main Hall
  • Miriam B. and James J. Mulva Library (10 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
  • Ariens Family Welcome Center (New!)
  • Todd Wehr Hall - the renovated student services center. Home to the St. Norbert College Bookstore.

Trolley Rides
Take the Lamers trolley from the Miriam B. and James J. Mulva Library parking lot to the Donald J. Schneider Stadium and back. The trolley will run from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. 

Horse-drawn Wagon Rides
Take a tour of campus by horse-drawn wagon from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. The wagons will load in front of the F. K. Bemis International Center.

Boat Tours on the Fox River
Boat rides on the Fox will be available from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Take a tour down the Fox for a unique view most people don’t get to see. Tickets are $2 and children under five are free. Boats will load at the Thompson Marina behind the Campus Center at St. Norbert. 

Exploring St. Norbert College
Horse-drawn wagon rides, trolley rides and guided walking tours will be available for anyone who is interested in taking a campus tour.
