It is that time of year again when we share our campus with our wonderful community, but in order to make this event a success, we need your help! If you are proud to work here, please consider sharing your expertise and experiences by volunteering at this fun event.

Signing up to help is easy. Just fill out the few questions below and you will have a huge impact on this momentous day!

Volunteer Shift time options

Shift 1:

Shift 3:
11:45 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Shift 4:
2:45 p.m. - 5 p.m.

Shift 5:
4:45 p.m.- 6 p.m.

Volunteer Descriptions

Each description has more than one volunteer possibility. Be prepared to do any of the jobs listed in the description. The following are explanations of the locations you may volunteer for:

Set-Up for the Day Ι   Shift 1 only - FULL
• Getting tables out and up
• Distributing signs and balloons around campus
• Assisting art vendors with finding assigned location; and with set-up
• Miscellaneous other duties

Check-In/Out Ι Shifts 2, 3, and 4
• Check-in/out volunteers at the start and end of each shift

Education Ι   Shifts 2, 3, and 4
Help with the Academic Sessions:
• Welcome professors prior to start of session – be sure that have everything they need
• Assist guests with questions and directions

Grounds   Ι   All shifts
• Help keep areas clean; picking up litter and garbage
• Monitoring parking
• Collecting and disposing of recycling

Hospitality   Ι   Shifts 2, 3, and 4
Help with questions about the campus and buildings:
• Hospitality Tent(s)
• Bush Art Gallery
• Wellness Activities
• Sponsor Booths

Take-Down   Ι   Shift 5 only
• Take down tables
• Pick up garbage
• Assist art vendors and sponsor booths with take down
