Jazzercise! 12 - 2 p.m. Today’s Jazzercise is a total body workout in a fun fushion
of aerobic dance and muscle-toning movements choreographed to today’s hottest
music. You’ll burn up to 600
calories an hour while busting moves that combine kickboxing, resistance
training, Pilates, yoga, and hip-hop/jazz dance. Discover why Dancing
