Hotel reservations for the Sport and Society Conference will be made by individual attendees directly with the hotels’ reservations department.
There are special hotel discount rates for conference participants and attendees available at the following hotels. In order to receive the group/discount rate, you must ask for a room in the Sport and Society Conference room block and call prior to the cut off date, April 20, 2010. After that date all rooms will be released to the general public, at which time the hotels will not honor the special room rate. The room blocks are available on a first-come, first-served basis at a low conference rate.
Conference participants and attendees are responsible for their own accommodations and charges.
Don’t forget to mention that you are attending the conference when making your reservations!
