Mission
The Norbertine Leadership and Service Awards, sponsored by the Division of Mission and Student Affairs, recognize selfless devotion to improving St. Norbert College and the greater community, to going above and beyond in appreciating human differences, to establishing connections between students, faculty, and staff, and to living the College mission.
Awards
- The Norbertine Leadership and Service Awards offers two categories of awards:
- The Student Life Award will recognize students' contributions over the past 12 months and is based solely on nomination.
- Awards of Distinction will recognize students' contributions during their entire time at SNC. For more details see FAQ.
- The Student Life Award will be selected based only on the information provided by the nominator. Nominate a Student!
- Who’s Who will be selected based on either a nomination for the Student Life Award or an application completed by the student.
- The Awards of Distinction require an application that includes a resume and two short answer questions. The Ashmore and Harvey Scholarship and the Golden Family Scholarship also require an additional essay.
- New awards are under consideration.

Please consider nominating students you have had the pleasure to teach or work with that embody the qualities noted above. Once a student is nominated, they are sent a letter of congratulations along with an invitation to apply for an Award of Distinction. Award recipients are selected by committees of staff, faculty and students. The whole process culminates at the awards ceremony in April.
Award Deadlines
- Nominations for the Student Life Award are Due February 13
- Applications for Awards of Distinction are Due February 20
- Nominations for Faculty/Staff Awards are Due February 13
- Award recipients will be notified in early April.

3:00-4:30 p.m. in the Bemis International Center-Fort Howard Theater
Family members, friends, faculty and staff will join in the celebration of service, thought and action.
