Don Henrickson, Associate Professor of Business Administration and President of the Habitat for Humanity project in Green Bay, along with his wife Judy, Nursery School Supervisor at St. Norbert College, created this cash award to recognize students "who actively serve and provide leadership and volunteerism within the span of the global community."
Students selected for this award demonstrate active service, leadership and volunteerism within the span of the global community, for example, organizing student volunteer projects, providing for basic human needs, new outreach and leadership projects, etc., with an open and ecumenical attitude toward all spiritual traditions
