One point for each group member who received a 4.0 GPA for the semester.
Two points for each group member who achieves a 4.0 GPA for the second semester, also.

2 Points + • Service
Awarded for any additional group direct service projects completed in a semester (up to 10 points). Projects must be submitted with annual evaluation report.

1 Point + • 100% Group Participation in Service Project
Awarded for any service project completed that has 100% organization attendance for the entire duration of the event.

5 Points • Neatness Counts
Awarded for neatness, clarity and organization of packet forms that are handed in. This includes no crinkles, large number of smudges, unreadable writing, scribbles, etc. |
1 Point + • Membership Recruitment
Awarded for each recruited member that exceeds the number of graduating seniors. Determined at end of the year based on rosters submitted at fall and spring Access meetings. Members must be a part of group for at least one semester. |
1 Point + • Community Partnerships
Awarded for every additional year after the first two years that a partnership with a community program exists (must last for a complete whole year after the initial two). |
1 Point + • Organization Public Relations
Awarded for each article about your organization in a local community newspaper or newscast. |
4 Points • Exceptional Member Service Hours
Awarded for an organization that has more than 5 service hours per member per semester. |
1 Point • National Affiliation
Awarded if you have a national affiliation and attach your national report to the annual evaluation report. |
2 Points • Adviser Participation
Awarded if your adviser attends the Access meetings (1 point per meeting).

Awarded for an organization that has more than 5 educational hours per member per semester. |
